Homechoice is illiterate

I wish there were zero stars. Homechoice is a terrible company. I don't know where they get their information from. Homechoice has my wrong details including wrong name,and surname, address and cellphone number. How stupid can they be? I'm listed as a different person on their system. And the worst part is that, I'm listed as Male rather than female. I was requested to email my documents to homechoice, which I did on the 20th of August with reference 962405. It's almost one month,and no feedback was received. Each time I call in, they cut my call. This is totally ridiculous. I need this sorted out ASAP or as I will spoil your name. Please everyone, do not buy from homechoice, they are terrible people.
