Homechoice is full of *****!

My account was paid up at Homechoice and all of a sudden i receive a statement saying i owe R17000! This is an internal *****!how was my delivery adress changed so easily? When i enquire they send me from pillar to post! Now my credit record is being messed up, i filled in all the ***** forms but i haven't heard any outcome. Can Homechoice just clear my name because its messing up my life.
