HomeChoice is disorganized

I am not happy with how HomeChoice has been servicing me since I opened my account. All I have been doing is complain and it doesn't seem they are taking anything I say seriously. HomeChoice delivered a big box of an incomplete order to my house and now I am expected to spend my money taking back the box to the post office in order to return it after I have been told that the order was cancelled and actually on it's way back to your offices? Firstly I need my account closed. Because although you say you will refund my money it is only the post office charges that I am going to get back, what about my transport costs? I dont live at the Post Office last I checked and the Post office is very far from my house.

This business is not serious about it's customers and I need my account closed. I will not proceed with placing orders with this company ever again.
