homechoice is charging me for goods not delivered to me

i placed an order with homechoice on the 4th of March 2020,On the 11th of March i received a statement for the goods that i have ordered after reading the statement i realised that the amount was more than what we agreed on i immediately phoned homechoice to cancel the order and it was confirmed that the order was cancelled,homechoice statement for june indicate that im owing R5626.61 for goods that were not delivered to me ,reference ***
