HOMECHOICE IS APPAULING, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
Homechoice is not even worth a one star rating. How is this company still in business when they conduct their business in such an ********* manner? I placed an order on the 14th August 2023. Almost a month later and I still haven't received my order. They keep sending me from pillar to post when I enquire about my order and they claim they don't have the delivery company's contact details so they can only give me the name. As ridiculous as that sounds, I take down the delivery company's name and I find their contact details online. MS Schroeder Logistics is the name of the company. For three weeks straight, this company has been giving me the runaround, ignoring my calls and messages and to date have not honored any of their delivery promises. The delivery guy is just outright ***** to say the least, he only picks up when I call him with a different number. When I call Homechoice and tell them about my experience with their ***** delivery company, they tell me that they are investigating the issue but there is never any feedback or update received from them unless I call them myself. The agents are unprofessional and don't care about providing proper customer service. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor on duty and was told that there is none. To say I'm appalled is an absolute understatement! This was my first and very last time ordering from homechoice. Never ever again!
