Homechoice is a **** with bad customer service

Worst customer service ever. Placed the order on the 6th of August using paynow option. I have never received any communication again, instead i received calls that i should make payment, told agents i already did. Till today i never received my parcel, when I call it’s different stories every day. One says my order has been cancelled, one says it was dispatched and it id with Excel logistics, i called the number given and the guy said he has been getting several calls about such. He is not working with Homechoice and doesn’t know whether this is a **** or what . I am very angry now because i have been going back and fourth no direction. If they cannot deliver all i need its my money because i paid Paynow for something that is not existing 😡
