HomeChoice is a ****

Firstly ,can we please have a negative review rating on this page because Homechoice doesn't deserve a single star.I bought a mattress from home choice in January and it has since gave in.I have no kids who play on it,its just used for sleeping.I then tried to do a warrant replacement which homechoice took long to respond to my request.Finally got a woman from Greencoil calling me for pictures.i send the picture and she said they will not replace the mattress until i clean a stain which was on the bed.i cleaned the stain and informed her then to my surprise they closed the request. The reason for closing the request was that i had not communicated with them but to begin with i am the one who has been pushing them to give me feedback,if you call customer support they either drop the call or they are VERY rude.i dont think they understand what customer service is at all unless if thats what their management teaches them.

I have seen already to many complains on the interwebs about these Matttress and yet they still sell them and refuse warranty replacements

HomeChoice is a **** which should be exposed on National TV.I have never received such bad service is my life.
