HomeChoice is a nightmare

Homechoice became a ***** company and don't care about people's image. According to my credit score, it shows that i am owing them and i never opened the account with them and now its affecting my score. I then called them to check the status and they confirm that i owe them. They said i bought pots at some point which i never done. I phoned them several times and sending the email with affidavit to state that, but even once did they even respond or acknowledge my email. Every time I call they will tell you that the matter will be escalated, this has been happening since 2017/18. They know very well where was those pots delivered to and they can disclose that information to me saying they are protecting personal information or whatsoever. This is so terrible because someone's life must stop because of Homechoice. I believe someone will hear my frustration and assist me on this matter. I don't owe You anything, and please rectify this issue and stop making other people's life miserable, i plead to YOU Homechoice.
