Homechoice is a joke!

So I made an online order in the morning and after payment I realised that I made a mistake with the address. I went back to the website and updated my address. I gave them a call just to let them know that I have updated my address and they need to deliver to the correct address. I was asked to confirm all my personal details which I did, on top of that I need to send my ID copy and proof of address because on their side the updated address doesn't show! Like why are they still asking me to confirm all my personal details if I still need to submit documents. Now my order is gonna be stuck there until I send documents while I updated my address on the website and also confirmed my personal details! I am neeeever buying there again...
