Homechoice is a headache

Homechoice is causing a headache in my life. I was told that I bought items last year which I didn't ok I to them the made me go to the police station to do an report. Then the said it ok they cleared my name the case has been resolved. But everyday I get a call from homechoice collection asking me to pay I explain to them no my case has been resolved they say the don't understand cause in there system it still shows that I owe them I then call the ***** department they say on they system it's all cleared now I don't understand how two department in the same company can see different things when they open my profile. That is why I don't believe that they have sent a message to the bureau to clear my name if they cont clear it on they own system. Want to finance my car I can't I have bad name . All because they cont do they job .I wish I could delete all my information from them so that they cont do this again if anyone has not bought throw homechoice don't even start you will regret it.
