Homechoice is a disgrace

I did an online order, when the goods were delivered, they were the incorrect stuff, I then logged my return and took back everything including the free gift, I even have the receipt stating I returned everything. Home choice has been harassing me on numerous occasions saying that I owe them money for not returning the free gift, the first time around they checked and saw that they have indeed received the gift, but now again a very *********** Busisiwe Tunzi tells me to get an affidavit before she can help me, heading towards our second wave she wants me to get an affidavit, this company and it's people don't care about there customers, don't anyone of here customer care make notes on customer account for the next agent to read before advising a client, or are there staff just lazy and ***********. Cleary they are!
