Homechoice is a bunch of **********,Lee-ann from homechoice thinks she is smart!!!!

So this is my second review on homechoice in a space of a month, They decided to respond to my hellopeter review so yesterday I received a call from Lee-ann and she is telling me that i received my order on the 6th December now if that isnt enough to make me mad cause while authenticating if she is speaking to the correct client she asked what the delivery address was that i gave which i confirmed. Now im being TOLD!!!! that i have an order i never received but they debited my account ( which after a long fight i received my refund) now during me arguing about an order i never received with previous consultants they all said that my order is in despatch now this stupid woman says i have the order now here is what gets me , we supposed to provide an ID as proof of identification so who signed for the "parcel" ...Now this is the part where she made me really angry she tells me , If I dont have the parcel I MUST GO TO THE POLICE STATION AND GET AN AFFIDAVIT ALONG WITH A COPY OF MY ID ....WOW !!! AND IF I DONT WANT TO DO THAT THEY GOING TO CONTINUE DEBITING MY ACCOUNT SO SHE IS JUST GOING TO EMAIL ME WHAT THEY REQUIRE...the nerve of this woman when i asked to speak to her manager she refused now my question once again is how is this my problem and how am i being inconvenienced on top of everything else i have spent so much money calling these people trying to get my order and then a refund now i need to waste petrol going to the police station and be scanning documents to them where the hell does Homechoice get off treating customer like trash I have never been this upset in my life. Its as if they implying I stole bedding that I never received. I'm taking this to the ombudsman and i want all call recordings they are a bunch of *****s *****ing from people.
