Homechoice is ****!

I bought 2 items on the 12th of May. I live in Pretoria so obviously used to getting items within 5 days from other reputable companies. This was my first time using homechoice and boy has it been a HORRIBLE experience. I called to follow up after 5 days and was confidently told I must wait max 14 working days. Imagine buying something on the 12th of May to only "receive" it on the 3rd of June. We'll it's now the 6th and neither homechoice and their courier company know what is happening to the package. I called both and got the generic "we'll escalate the matter" response. I'm obviously fed up so I asked for my money back. She told me I have to wait for the product to return to the warehouse. How long will that be when you don't even know where the damn product is. I mean if I'm still waiting 17 days later, when is that ma'am? So I said I don't care for your product at this point, I want my money back. So waiting on a supervisor to call me. Shut this place down!!! Is this a drop shipping company?!?!
