Homechoice incorrect missed payment

Hello Peter I have a very bad experience with Homechoice. I pay my acc by debit order and during the month of February homechoice made a short payment on the debit order for some reason known to them. And I had enough money in my account for the whole amount to be debited. Now there is a flag on my profile on credit beraux about a missed payment which is entirely their fault. Now I have a bad credit record because of their incompetence. I want that record to be removed from my profile. I regret opening an account with them. So guys be warned Homechoice is a no no☹️☹️☹️
