Homechoice incorrect credit bureau info

Homechoice sent wrong information to the credit bureau and are not will to assist me in correcting the damaging submission made. Their staff committed to resolve this issue with credit bureau but I still see the same information from 5 October 2021 to today. I'm very disappointed and will never open an account with Homechoice once I paid off this one... they don't deserve it as they active in ruining peoples credit profile...herrrrr I am very displeased with their conduct
