Homechoice HR department thinks they can UNDERMINE ex employees

I worked at HC the Fonechoice department from June 2013, yesterday I emailed the to request for my IRP5 form from 2013. Before reaching out to them I called SARS to find out if I would get one for 2013 seeing that I started working in June and they said yes because I worked there for 6 months, I should have one for 2013. The HR lady then emailed me 2 IRP5 forms dated 2014 & 2015. I then asked her for one dated 2013 as per the SARS lady.

This HR lady literally just responded to me and said " you clearly do not understand how Tax dates work" then after explaining she then said I should contact SARS if i still do not understand. I responded back and I am extremely dusgusted by this, I am not sure if this is how she speaks to people or if she noticed I am black and decided to respond iusing this undermining tone. I left the company for the same reasons, Management was very picky and treated you like dirt if they did not like you and at the end I got fed up and left. Now someone who is supposed to be an educated professional finds the need to send me such undermining emails? I do not know if Homechoice thinks they are the only educated one's or not but this is totally unacceptable to make someone feel belittled just because you think you know better. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK AND TREAT PEOPLE, nx this is why I would never go back to HC and why NO ONE from my family even buys from there.
