Homechoice horrible service

I have been waiting for a sleigh bed I ordered from home choice for two months, I have been following up calling them regularly and being told different stories like we will deliver next week and oh no it’s cancelled no stock, to no theirs stock and it has been packed, I call in today and I’m told it was delivered to me, I ask how when I was not called to confirm delivery date and time, if I had not called in I would not know it was delivered and I’m told ***** will investigate no one wants to take accountability for it or help with logging a complaint
