Homechoice horrible service

I returned a product and they said my refund will be in my account in 48-72 hrs its been 120hrs later still haven't received my money back no one has communicated with me, I called them they are telling me the supervisor Lynertte will get back to me but she hasn't till now. I need my money they have horrible customer service
