Homechoice has a bad service
I bought a laptop at homechoice through their call agents in 2024 around October and they delivered the wrong brand of it because I ordered a Acer laptop they brought me a brand that I didn't even know it exists it was not switching on and it had no charger..I took back for repairs they too it and sad I must wait for 21 working days..I did so ..but what I noticed they kept on debiting every month I also kept on checking on them in Mitchell's plain. The Manager kept on promising that it will be resolved up until now its 12 December 2025 ...they called me on the 9th of December 2025 asking do i still need the laptop i told them i dont need it anymore as i bought a new one elsewhere..but im telling you today they on the 12th of December 2025 just debited the money in my account...I don't know what to do with them anymore its really frustrating
