Homechoice Harassment

Bed and TV ordered together - Bed arrives but no TV. Despite several inquiries and requests to deliver when someone is home, delivery was attempted when no one was available to accept?!?!? We asked so many times for her TV before she went on December leave but nothing. We waited on so many days for delivery but nothing. And then call upon call to deliver when no one was home - AGAIN - so they had to go back. Such harassment, when we have clearly indicated when to come. Tonight at 7pm, when I can't answer my phone, I get several requests calling me as they want to deliver but I'm not able to answer, and then they left the TV at the gate - WOW guys, really? Absolutely pathetic, can you really afford to to treat your customers like this when business is so tough? DO NOT BUY FROM HOMECHOICE!!!!!!!! When I called to complain, I was told "No Team Leader is available to talk to me now". So you can take our money but you can't help us?!? DISGUSTING!
