Daily harassment up to 40 calls a day Calling to complain falls on death ears Rude sales people and even ruder customer complaints

Yesterday I was promised they will sort out my problems with the poor service again daily harrasment as I was promised for the last 4 months already. Today MBD Attorneys calls me for the 2nd time about my account that is not in arrears and was blatent rude this is becoming a serious issue how can homechoice keep doing this you are loosing clients and you don't care. Why is my account handed over to MBD Attorneys as my account is not in arrears

And you can forget that Rochelle Viljoen will ever call you back o no don't answer emails and keep making empty promises about taking it to her manager now why am I not able to speak to any manager

Again and still receiving calls tried yesterday and today to contact Rochell Viljoen that is the supervisor and they refuse to put you through or she is on the phone one minute and the next in a meeting. Being ghosted by her now because she is also not doing her work and makes empty promises
