Homechoice harassment

The Homechoice call center is driving me crazy!!! It is now borderline harassment. I receive at least 5 calls a day and block every single number but they keep using a new number. I purchased blankets through them almost a year ago, on cash and they simply went and gave me a credit line without me asking for it. I have numerous times asked them to remove me from the calling list but without any luck. And the latest is now being called and talked to in vernacular even after I asked the lady to speak in English. This now needs to end, now!
