Homechoice ********** Debit Orders

I have had a account opened **********ly. It seems that the only thing correct was my banking details. Your call centre is very balsa about the whole thing. what kind of ******* company are you running?

I have asked you call centre for the forms they want me to fill out for the ***** case to be opened and I am still waiting, they said it will be sent during the course of the day. This is peoples like you are playing with, this is a ******** case where is the urgency?
