last year August I noted debit from Home choice for purchases which I did not make . I called reporting the matter to Home choice and was asked to send required documents to their mydoc…… email. After my investigation someone had cloned my documents and made ******* purchases at home choice and Vodacom. The debit order was stopped but now the account was not closed and its reflecting that I owe home choice R4 156 giving a bad credit score. I have written numerous emails and made numerous phone calls but not getting assistance. Pliz help
