HomeChoice ********** Accounts Nonsense

I have been in logger heads with a ********** account in my name with HomeChoice, I went to their branch in Maponya Mall and I stay in Kempton Park to try to resolve this, zero Reference was given because "their systems were offline" classic. I gave them all my details with ID and proof of address even my credit record shows I never stayed anywhere close to Soweto yet an account was opened with Soweto address. This was last year August nothing has been done yet. Now I needed a business loan for a R3m contract they can't help me because of this long outstanding account. If I loose this contract I'm really going to come after you with everything I have this is a promise.
