Homechoice ********** account

Homechoice have been contacting me for months now saying I have not paid my account with them. I have never opened an account with them. I have never brought any goods from them. The address where the goods bought falsely under me name is a place I have never heard of. I have filled in the affidavit and sent a copy of my ID to their ***** department as per their request stating that I have never opened an account or brought any goods. I am still being contacted and yesterday I was contacted by a debt collection company. It is unbelievable. The amount of times I have been through this story. They have not bothered to reply to my affidavit email and the email has gone through. Their fica process clearly does not work and neither does their ***** department.
