Homechoice ********** Account!!!

I am a patient person but oh my greatness....!! Homechoice has really made my life a living hell through a ********** account that was opened in my name about 2 years ago. I never opened an account or received anything from Homechoice but started getting calls to make payments. I advised that it was ********** and I wouldn't pay a cent for their negligence and faulty processes. I was then told to provide an affidavit, which I did but they never sorted it out. Called again this year as I couldn't get my bond approved because of this issue! I almost got denied a job offer due to a bad credit profile (caused solely by Homechoice)! Saved by the affidavit that I have to have handy.. After NUMEROUS weekly phonecalls Homechoice eventually did some investigation and confirmed that the account was ********** and they would notify the debt collectors (MBD who harassed me weekly) to remove the account from their database. I checked my Credit Score today after months just to find it still reflects as owing! I am really annoyed, had to literally open a HelloPeter account for this to complain. I understand that mistakes happen but can rectifying them be a priority at least!!!!! Homechoice please fix this mess for crying out loud!
