Homechoice ********** account

A ********** account was opened in my name with Homechoice, I saw the debit orders going off my account and advised Homechoice immediately. I submitted the affidavit and thought everything had been resolved, which was a few months ago. They then started harrassing me after the account had been changed into my married surname that i hadn't used for 20 years. I kept asking if this had been recorded against my credit rating and was assured it had not. They phoned today to say that it had been sorted out, however, upon checking my credit score, there is a series of missed payments listed under Homechoice which is now affectintg my credit rating. When is this gong to be removed from my credit rating?
