Homechoice ***** - Disgusting

I am a victim of ***** and an account has been opened with you guys (please note that I personally have never bought anything from homechoice, ever), I have requested you guys to please close the account that has been opened and the response I got was ' Google our ***** department number and call them, we'll get back to you within 3 months'. This is totally unacceptable!! Debits are going of from my account for things I didn't buy... Please sort this out urgently
