Homechoice ***** Department is not Helpful and can't CONTACTED!

I have never had an account with homechoice. They kept calling me about an account, but I told them I've never had an account with them and never bought anything from them.

I checked my credit score and realized I have arrears on an Homechoice account that I have never opened.

I called them and they told me I should send an Affidavit stating I have never made a purchase nor opened account with them. I did that and they referred me to collection agents that requested more documents of which I provided.

I called all their ***** department numbers and none of them were answered. I've literally called all numbers since Monday.

Can you guys just resolve this already. My life can't be on hold because of your lack of controls and not being able to assist with rectifying your mistakes.
