homechoice is the worst they allow someone to open an account using my details without verifying more than 3 years ago. I contacted them before their product could leave their warehouse as I saw the account on credit score. after submitting everything they ask for, it took them more than a year to complete the investigation. Its been more than 3 years now and I still have a negative listing with SAFPS. I spoke to one of their agent Fundiswa Mapila who told me I need to give her my 3 months bank statement and copy of my ID. I don't know why would they need those details if they are done with the investigation. I did ask the agent( Fundiswa Mapila) she could not explain why they need my details but she said they are not going to help me if I do not have those details.
