Homechoice *****
Be careful of homechoice. They allow people to access your account and buy on your behalf. Someone bought a fridge using my account and homechoice was alerted but did nothing about it. Now my account is in arrears and my credit report damaged for something I didn't buy. I keep on phoning them with no luck. They tell you that all calls are recorded but they suddenly have no record of my calls reporting the *****.

This is actually what happens when you call them and everytime you speak to a different person who knows absolutely nothing and you have to explain yourself all over again. Maybe I should get legal advice/assistant and make Homechoice to pay for their incompetence and legal fees.
