Homechoice *****

my ID number has been wrongfully reported to SAFPS for IMPERSONATION. I have know idea why HOME CHOICE would do this as H I have never ever bought anything from HOME CHOICE, now my life is at a stand still because of this.

May you please assist me in rectifing this by ensuring HOME CHOICE removs my name from SAFPS. What legal documentation do you need from my end to prove that I have never bought anything from HOME CHOICE, and that this is possibly ID Fraus which I have fallen victim to?

I have call 6 different 021 numbers from homechoice that are apparently for their ***** or legal department. None of these numbers work. They all go unanswered. SAFPS can't even help, their response to my plea is "only homechoice can get your name off record". My ID number was clearly used **********ly but now I am pay the price because homechoice only has order takers working in the company. No customer service assistance of any kind!!
