Homechoice force people to be their customers

I asked home choice for settlement letter, then I paid the account, then send them an email to close the account, I don't want it anymore because they bother me with calls every day offering me to take something.. I even send them proof of payment to show I have settled the Balance. Instead they send me an email saying the received the proof of payment then they send me a link to click if I want something else.. Why is this company forcing people to take things.. I said I don't want their account anymore.. Their consultants are also rude. I
