Homechoice falsely handing me over after settlement

I've settled my account in full after receiving a settlement quote from Homechoice For some reason months later my account has been handed over to the Nibmle Group - REMINDER MY ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED IN FULL AS PER THE SETTLEMENT LETTER The "Kyle Roberts" who's apparently Team Leader - I was in contact with, has given me absolute no feedback And this is reflecting badly on my credit profile

I'M GETTING NOWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY They are not supplying me with a paid up letter
