Homechoice false advertising

I bought curtains for the value of R570 from homechoice, on the ad the said is two curtains pls free gift which was a sheer curtain. Upon arrival I only go one long curtain,even the free gift was not included. Immediately on the same day I send an sms for return because I was not happy. I send them emails to them,made follow ups because I am aware of the 14 days return policy. No one responded until to date. I am stuck with a curtain that literally do not fit my window. I have no use for it. I want them to take their curtain and refund my money.
