homechoice fails yet again, empty promises !

So disappointing that the promises regarding my order are not fulfilled as the lady one of their employees said. today my order has one month since placed and had been promised the week wont end without it, but yet again its home choice style not to comply with their 14 days delivery period. Its even painful that as someone who constantly pay they without skipping a day I fell like an unvalued customer but I guess this time I will not be interested in any of their products since they cant fulfill their promises. disgusted that I will be spending my Christmas with no storage for my food since I have no fridge. you have lost a loyal customer who has been patient with your ****py service every time I place orders but now you have done it the last time.
