HomeChoice failing me

I bought and paid for a blanket cash on March. Was supposed to be delivered to my address.. Then received a message saying blanket was delivered to Lilly neighbor. Don't even know who that is... Didn't authorised anybody to deliver to neighbor. Never even got a call that the delivery guy was by my place. Called them and was advised to get affidavit, which I did within a day and supp**** them with required infor. Wa told the matter would be forwarded to ***** department and that it would take 30 days to conclude their investigations and they would call me back... Fast forward to November 8 my issue hasn't been finalized and not even a single call for progress report. I go to HomeChoice wynberg they always say they escaletd the issue and they will call back,.. Nothing. Nobody seems to care.... Today went there it seems nothing been done cause they saying they will check with the delivery guys.... I am so pained with HomeChoice for your lack of empathy and not caring for thee customer
