HOMECHOICE - EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Placed an order 1 st September parcel has not moved from their shipping facility since 8 September. Order ***1 Made various call to call center, logged complains by email. Cancelled order ask for refund nothing gets done to sort this problem out. Seem like parcel is lost at their own facility and they refuse to do refund or do something about it and ignoring calls, emails and queries. Does any one have a manager or directors number or advice how I can sort this problem out?

After placing the complain a representative from Home choice did phone me and promised to sort it out. REF *** but still the parcel has not moved from their own facility. And no further updates received from her.
If the parcel was never delivered should they not refund me straight away it is not my fault if they can not sort out issues at their own facility.
This poor service has been going on now for 3 weeks!!!!

And they Team Leader form Customer Service Lynette who cancelled this order herself ( email as proof ) on 3 September does not even reply on her emails.
