Homechoice Error = Bad Credit Score???

I had an account with Homechoice which I had arranged a set montly debit order to go off my account, with the last debit order for the balance. What I did not know, is that Homechoice "missed" +- R20 and that the R20 was still outstanding. No debit went through again and no when I pulled my Credit Record, it shows that my Homechoice account has been in arrears for 3 months. I had an excellent credit score and otherwise my credit report was near perfect. Now because of this R20 which Homechoice for some reason did not include in my last debit order, I can't even get approved for a cellphone contract or for vehicle financing which I desperately need. My credit score is now "high risk" because of a lousy R20 which was a fault on Homechoice's side!!!
