Homechoice employees are ******** and ***** experts

I m a staunch homechoice customer yesterday I got a message stating I have ordered goods worth over R12 000 while I haven't ordered. They state my order number as ***2. My name Sola Mapolo. The goods are still on way I have send emails to stop the order as is ***** I m looking to see how I will be treated. Homechoice is lately full of ********** inside their company. How can someone order while is not me. I saw alot of complaints by fellow customers too hope our griviences are solved. 😠😠😠😠😠😠 Really disappointed by homechoice. 🤯🤯🤯😠
