HOMECHOICE

Homechoice issued me with a RESOLVED LETTER and promise to remove my name from the credit bureau, which I believe they did. Two weeks later I check my report from the credit bureau, they have reinstated that transaction as DEFAULT. The legal department for Homechoice have started to call me to say that I owe them. This is frustrating for me and I really need to understand if their legal department is being updated with this issue.
