##Homechoice dont care about their customers

My name is Mosima Seroka , I have account with homechoice early 2017 then march 2018 they bought things without my knowledge on my name then it was close to R20000 added then I called them to dispute it , they said my acknowledge that and did that my problem now is that since it was disputed they never refund me my money I paid which is R5000 and they never write off the amount on my account, is still shows am owning them , my life is stuck now cause I can't buy anything when I call I get the lady at ***** department who her name is Waseemah Enos Tel no:*** , she's always gonna say your problem with be solved within 7days and font call us we will call you, is almost a year suffering , I need homechoice to clear my name am tired with their promises .
