Homechoice doing inquiries at credit beareu without my consent

HOMECHOICE keeps running credit inquiries against my name every months at Credit Bureaus(XDS) without my consent. I don't have an account with them i only bought cash from them. They can make more than 3 inquiries in a months. I tried to send them email, calling them, went to the store but its not helpful They have failed to explain their intent nor remove inquiries this is blocking me to have any other accounts. Please help
