Homechoice doesn't care about clients at all.

I ordered some bedding from home choice but they delivered wrong stuff. I returned it. I asked the lady at jhb cbd branch to close my account when i went there but the account is still open shown some R6600 credit on my profile when checking my credit score. As much as its not showing that i have outstanding premium but it shows that i have an active account and used some credit which not true. This this affects my credit score. I don't know how many times i should ask homechoice to remove that active acc and show it as closed.
