Homechoice do not honour their undertalking

Well, I recently complained about Homechoice's marketing strategies where they literally harass you endlessly with telephone calls, e-mails and SME's. Homechoice rep**** on my complaint and stated that " They will honour my request" to be remove from their marketing lists. BUT GUESS WHAT? NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Since then I have received numerous calls and e-mails and SME's. And you can block their numbers as many times as you like- they just keep coming with new computer generated numbers. Looks like I have no option but to approach the court with an interdict application- of course for costs to be paid by Homechoice!
