HOMECHOICE - DISSAPPOINTING

Bought a bedroom set from Homechoice. Dressing table delivered in December 2014 I returned the headboard as it was damaged. Received another headboard in Feb 2015. In October 2015 the headboard broke off the pedestals. The headboard is very heavy and was attached to the pedestals by a piece of wood and the backing board which was too weak to hold the headboard. An assessor was sent and the outcome was that we the customer broke the headboard. Why will I cause damage to something that I am paying for? By the way, the assessor happened to be the very same person who assembled the furniture 8 months ago. Homechoice refuses to fix this yet I am still paying for this. I have another headboard attached to pedestals purchased 28yrs ago and had no problems. I rather buy locally and get good quality and good customer service.<br> I will never purchase anything from them again they have lost a customer .
