HomeChoice Did the Right Thing - Kudos!

I had a purchase from Homechoice made **********ly against my name and bank account. I managed to reverse the debits at my bank, but that cost R40 each time. Meanwhile - Homechoice investigated the account and after a month or two, there were no further deductions. Later, I discovered the first debit too late for the bank to reverse it. Not only has Homechoice refunded that first debit to me, but they also reimbursed me with the bank costs! Kudos to Homechoice and special thanks to Natasha!
