Homechoice Delivery and Customer Service

I placed my order on the 13/05/2019 since then I have had no communication with regards to delivery of my order. I email and made many calls to the customer service center they are not helpful at all. I requested the courier details so that I can get in contact with them with regards to a delivery time and date and they could not tell me who the couriers are or give me a contact number. It is almost the end of the month and you will deduct my account however I don't even have my goods that im paying for. I am highly disappointed with the service received from Homechoice. honestly I don't know why I still order from them as all my orders are always accommodated with delivery issues.
