Homechoice debt settled but still harassed that I owe them
I paid my debt in full with Homechoice in December 2023, I am no longer working I paid with the money I received from my provident fund but now I am receiving emails and calls from Homechoice that I still owe Homechoice money and it's increasing every month, I settled the amount and want the account to be closed because I knew i won't be able to pay them because I am unemployed Can Homechoice explain why I am still be harassed by heir lawyers with calls and emails every day when I paid the balance I owed them in full.
